Service Description
Champagne Glass Painting – Sip, Paint & Celebrate in Style Add a little sparkle to your hen party with our Champagne Glass Painting session! This unique, hands-on experience is the perfect blend of creativity, laughter, and bubbly vibes—whether you're kicking off the festivities or winding down before the big day. Each guest will receive two champagne or wine glasses to paint and personalise however they like—think florals, sparkle, initials, or even fun themed designs. It’s a fantastic way to create beautiful keepsakes that can be used during the party, at the wedding, or for toasts in the future. BYO bottles of bubbly or wine—you bring the drinks, we’ll bring the fun and creativity! No art experience needed—our friendly host will guide you step-by-step through the painting process. We provide all the supplies, including aprons, glass paints, materials, and table coverings. We also take care of the setup and clean-up, so you can focus on celebrating the bride-to-be. Good to Know: Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Prefer a relaxed vibe? We offer picnic-style setups with blankets and cushions BYO drinks and snacks—cater your celebration your way! While we use specialised glass paints, we recommend guests wear clothes suitable for crafting For outdoor events, please ensure a covered area or backup plan is available in case of bad weather Booking Info: To secure your date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from the final balance. Dates are not confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Full payment is also welcome upfront if preferred. Cancellation Policy
Hen Party Booking Policy Thank you for choosing Craft and Canvas to celebrate your special occasion. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please read through the following policy details: Securing Your Booking To secure your hen party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit confirms your event date and allows us to prepare all necessary materials. The deposit will be deducted from the final balance. Final Payment The remaining 80% balance is due no later than one week before the scheduled event. If we do not receive the payment and have had no communication from you by this time, your booking may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before the event. All date changes are subject to availability. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event and fully paid are eligible for an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable in all cases. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guest Numbers A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a hen party session. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least one week prior to the event to ensure accurate preparation of materials. Outdoor Events and Weather If your party is planned outdoors and must be cancelled due to poor weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. All rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend arranging a backup indoor or covered option if possible. Paint and Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic and washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint will not come into contact with clothing or personal items. Craft and Canvas is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the painting session. We recommend guests wear clothing suitable for creative activities.
