Team Collab – Team Canvas Challenge Looking to strengthen your team, ignite creativity, and have some fun? Our Team Canvas Challenge offers the perfect opportunity for your team to connect, collaborate, and express their creativity in a relaxed and enjoyable environment. No artistic experience required—just bring your team and we’ll take care of the rest! Led by a friendly and experienced host, your team will work together to create a collaborative masterpiece. This engaging and hands-on experience fosters teamwork, trust, and creative problem-solving as your team works toward a common goal, each member contributing their own unique perspective. We provide all the supplies, set everything up, and take care of the clean-up, so your team can focus on enjoying the experience and building stronger connections. What’s Included: All painting supplies: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons Step-by-step guidance from our experienced host Full set-up and pack-down A unique creative experience designed to foster collaboration Good to Know: Minimum of 6 participants per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available—comfortable for creative painting on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks—celebrate your way! We can supply glassware if needed, but plates and cutlery must be provided by the host We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table protection Guests should wear clothing suitable for creative activities For outdoor events, please ensure there’s a covered or shaded area, or a backup plan in case of bad weather Booking Info: Team Canvas Challenge sessions start at $60 per person. To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required, which will be deducted from your final balance. Full payment is welcome upfront if preferred. Please note: Your booking is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Cancellation Policy
Team Building Paint & Sip Booking Policy Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Team Building Paint & Sip session. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the event. Failure to pay or communicate by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment is accepted upfront if preferred. Rescheduling Requests for date changes must be made at least two weeks before the event and are subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds More than 2 weeks before: 80% refund (deposit is non-refundable). Less than 2 weeks before: No refunds. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: No refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a session. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least one week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather For outdoor events, we recommend a covered or shaded area. If bad weather requires cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. BYO & Refreshments BYO food and drinks. We do not provide food, but can supply glassware. Plates and cutlery must be supplied by the host. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings. However, paint may still come in contact with personal items or clothing. Guests should wear suitable clothing for painting. The person booking the event is responsible for any damage caused by paint during the session, including to venue property. Damage to Venue/Property Craft & Canvas is not responsible for any damage caused by paint during the event. The person booking the session will be liable for any damage to property or surfaces caused by paint. Communication For any changes or concerns, please contact craftandcanvas@hotmail.com.
