Service Description

Custom Kids Party – Creative Fun, Your Way! Make your next celebration one to remember with a fully custom kids party designed around your child’s favourite theme! Whether it's painting, crafting, or a mix of both, we’ll help you create a one-of-a-kind party experience tailored to suit your vision. Our mobile service brings the fun to you! From themed canvas painting and creative crafts to colourful, hands-on experiences like paint pouring, bubble blowing, or glitter-filled creations. All materials are included: paints, craft supplies, aprons, table coverings, and a special apron for the guest of honour to keep. Custom Themes May Include: Themed canvas painting (unicorns, dinosaurs, space, fairies, etc.) Themed crafts (bags, hats, paper parasols) Or a combination of it all—just let us know your dream party! Setup Notes: Tables must be provided by the party host. For a relaxed experience, we can also set up picnic blankets so kids can sit on the floor and craft or paint at their easels. Session Time: Parties run for approximately 2 to 3 hours, with plenty of time for creativity, celebration, and fun. Optional Add-Ons: We can supply themed party decorations for an additional fee. Just let us know your ideas, and we’ll work together to create the perfect setup. 💰 Pricing: Starting from $55 per child Final pricing will vary based on your custom theme, materials, and activities requested. Minimum of 6 participants per session Booking & Payment: To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required and will be deducted from your final balance. Dates are not confirmed upon inquiry and may be booked by others until we have received the signed contract and deposit. Good to Know: Allergy Safety: We use non-toxic, child-safe materials. Please let us know about any allergies when booking. Parent Supervision Required: While we run the creative fun, adult supervision is needed at all times. Craft & Canvas is not responsible for the care of children during the event. Outdoor Event: Please have a backup plan or covered area in case of bad weather. Travel: We service the Perth metro area. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this zone. Final Guest Numbers: Must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Clean-Up Time: Please allow 20–30 minutes after the session for pack-down and clean-up. Serving Perth, WA with flexible booking options to suit your schedule and event.


Cancellation Policy

Kids Paint Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures materials are prepared for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have had no communication from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a paint party. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We take care to use washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred to any items during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest during the painting session. *We recommend all guests wear clothes that are suitable for creative (and potentially messy!) activities.
