Custom Team Session – Your Vision, Your Team, Your Way Whether you're celebrating a milestone, welcoming new staff, rewarding your team, or just after a unique bonding experience, our Custom Team Session is the perfect way to bring your people together through creativity. No painting experience needed—just bring your team and your goals. We’ll tailor a fun, engaging painting session to suit your needs, whether it’s individual canvases, a collaborative masterpiece, or something totally outside the box. Led by a friendly and experienced host, your team will be guided through a relaxed, hands-on experience that promotes connection, creative expression, and a whole lot of fun. We bring all the supplies, set everything up, and take care of the clean-up—so all you need to do is enjoy. What’s Included: All painting supplies: canvases, paints, brushes, easels, aprons Step-by-step guidance from our experienced host Full set-up and pack-down A flexible, team-focused creative experience tailored to your goals Good to Know: Minimum of 6 participants per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available—great for relaxed, casual events BYO food and drinks—celebrate your way! We can supply glassware if needed, but plates and cutlery must be provided by the host We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table protection Guests should wear clothing suitable for creative activities For outdoor events, please ensure there’s a covered/shaded area or a backup weather plan Booking Info: Custom Team Sessions start at $60 per person A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the final balance Full payment is welcome upfront if preferred Your booking is only confirmed once the signed contract and deposit have been received Available across Perth, WA, with fully mobile and flexible setups to suit your space, style, and team vision. Cancellation Policy
Team Building Paint & Sip Booking Policy Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Team Building Paint & Sip session. This deposit will be deducted from your final balance. Remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the event. Failure to pay or communicate by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. Full payment is accepted upfront if preferred. Rescheduling Requests for date changes must be made at least two weeks before the event and are subject to availability. Cancellations & Refunds More than 2 weeks before: 80% refund (deposit is non-refundable). Less than 2 weeks before: No refunds. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours: No refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a session. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least one week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather For outdoor events, we recommend a covered or shaded area. If bad weather requires cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. BYO & Refreshments BYO food and drinks. We do not provide food, but can supply glassware. Plates and cutlery must be supplied by the host. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings. However, paint may still come in contact with personal items or clothing. Guests should wear suitable clothing for painting. The person booking the event is responsible for any damage caused by paint during the session, including to venue property. Damage to Venue/Property Craft & Canvas is not responsible for any damage caused by paint during the event. The person booking the session will be liable for any damage to property or surfaces caused by paint. Communication For any changes or concerns, please contact craftandcanvas@hotmail.com.
