Service Description
Kids Paint Party – Fun, Creative & Memorable! Celebrate your special occasion with a fun and creative paint party – perfect for birthdays, family gatherings, and special events! Our mobile service brings the full painting experience to you. We provide everything you need, including canvases, paints, brushes, aprons, table coverings, and a special apron for the guest of honour to make their day even more memorable. Please note: Tables must be provided by the party host. For a more relaxed session, we also offer the option of picnic blankets where kids can sit on the floor and paint at their easels. No experience? No problem! Our friendly artist will guide everyone step-by-step, making it easy and fun for all ages. We handle the setup and cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying the celebration. At the end of the session, every child takes home their own special masterpiece! Painting Options: Choose from our range of fun designs or, if you’d like something tailored to your party theme, we can create a custom painting for an additional $75. Session Time: Each party runs for approximately 2 to 3 hours, allowing plenty of time for creativity, fun, and finishing touches. Optional Add-Ons: We can provide party decorations for an added fee—just let us know what you're envisioning and we’ll chat about the options! Pricing: $45 per child Minimum of 6 participants per session. To secure your booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required, which will be deducted from your final balance. Dates are not confirmed upon inquiry and may be booked by others until we have received the signed contract and deposit. Good to Know: Allergy Safety: We use non-toxic, child-safe paints, but please notify us of any allergies or sensitivities when booking. Parent Supervision Required: While we lead the creative fun, adult supervision is needed for all kids during the session. Craft & Canvas is not responsible for looking after children during the event. Outdoor Events: For outdoor parties, please have a backup plan or covered area in case of bad weather. Travel: We service the Perth metro area. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside this zone—please ask when booking. Guest Numbers: Final numbers must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event. Clean-Up Time: Please allow 20–30 minutes after the session for us to pack down and leave the space tidy. Available throughout Perth, WA, with flexible booking options to suit your event.
Cancellation Policy
Kids Paint Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures materials are prepared for your event and will be deducted from the total balance. Payment The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than one week before the event. If payment is not received by this deadline and we have had no communication from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to change your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. Date changes are subject to availability. While we will always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee an alternative date. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and fully paid) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a paint party. Final guest numbers must be confirmed at least two week before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If your party is booked outdoors and must be cancelled due to bad weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no extra cost, subject to availability. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We take care to use washable paints and provide aprons and table protection to minimise mess. However, we cannot guarantee that paint won’t come into contact with clothing or personal items. If paint is transferred to any items during the event, this is the responsibility of the person booking the party, especially if caused by a guest during the painting session. *We recommend all guests wear clothes that are suitable for creative (and potentially messy!) activities.
