Service Description
Paint & Reveal – A Colourful Way to Celebrate! Turn your gender reveal into a hands-on celebration full of fun, surprises, and heartfelt creations. Whether you're painting adorable baby grows or colourful canvases, our Paint & Reveal Party is the perfect way to bring your loved ones together for a unique and creative experience. Guests can choose between designing a wearable work of art for your baby or contributing to a vibrant canvas creation tied to your gender reveal theme. No artistic experience needed! Our friendly host will guide everyone step-by-step through the painting process. We bring all the supplies, including aprons, materials, paints, and table coverings—plus we take care of setup and clean-up, so you can focus on the big reveal and enjoy the celebration stress-free. Choose Your Reveal Style: Canvas Painting: Paint a themed canvas that leads up to the surprise moment—think balloons, baby animals, or abstract art with a final pink or blue flourish! Baby Grow Decorating: Guests each decorate a baby grow for your little one’s wardrobe—personal, playful, and perfect for photos with a reveal of pink or blue at the end. Good to Know: Tables must be provided by the event host. Picnic-style setup available for a relaxed vibe—guests can paint while seated on blankets or cushions. Food and drinks are BYO—feel free to cater however you like! We use non-toxic, baby-safe materials, but recommend guests wear clothes they don’t mind getting a little paint on. For outdoor events, please ensure a backup plan or covered area is available in case of bad weather. Session Time: Approximately 2 to 3 hours of creative fun, memories, and the big reveal moment. Pricing: Starting from $55 per person, depending on your custom setup and party preferences. Minimum of 6 guests per session. Booking Info: To secure your booking, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required and will be deducted from the final balance. Full payment is also welcome upfront. Dates are not confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Available across Perth, WA – with flexible, mobile booking options to suit your celebration. Cancellation Policy
Baby Shower / Gender Reveal Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your date and allows us to prepare materials for your celebration. It will be deducted from your final balance. Payment The remaining 80% must be paid no later than one week prior to your event. If payment is not received and we haven’t heard from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to move your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, new dates are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and paid in full) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a baby shower or gender reveal paint party. Final numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If you're planning an outdoor event, please ensure you have a backup plan or covered space. If bad weather requires you to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Tables, Food & Drinks Tables must be provided by the event host. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks—we'll take care of the creativity, you handle the treats! We also offer a picnic-style setup with floor seating for a relaxed vibe, just let us know in advance. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use child-safe, non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings to help keep things tidy. However, we cannot guarantee that clothing or personal items won’t come into contact with paint. Any damage to personal property is the responsibility of the person booking the event.
