Whether you're painting for a seasonal vibe (think tropical flair or sunny summer styles) or designing something uniquely you, each parasol becomes a beautiful and functional piece of art. No painting skills? No problem! Our friendly host will guide everyone step-by-step through the process. You’ll each design and paint your own paper parasol that’s stylish, fun, and ready to add a pop of colour to any event. We bring all the supplies, set up your space, and take care of the clean-up—so you can simply enjoy the experience. 🌸 Bonus: Everyone takes home a functional, fabulous hand-painted parasol—and plenty of good vibes! What’s Included: All painting supplies: blank paper parasols, fabric paints, brushes, stencils, palettes, aprons, and table coverings Step-by-step guidance from our friendly host Full set-up and pack-down by our team Good to Know: Minimum of 6 guests per session Sessions run for approximately 2 to 3 hours Tables must be provided by the event host Picnic-style setup available—paint comfortably on blankets and cushions BYO food and drinks – celebrate your way! We can supply glassware; host to provide plates and cutlery We use non-toxic, fabric-safe paints and provide aprons and surface protection Guests should wear clothes suitable for creative activities For outdoor events, ensure a shaded space or have a backup plan in case of bad weather Booking Info: Paper Parasol Painting Parties start at $70 per person 🌸 Discounted rates available for larger groups—the more guests, the better the value! A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from your final balance. Your booking is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Available across Perth, WA – fully mobile and customised to suit your space and celebration style. Cancellation Policy

Craft Party Booking Policy Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your Craft Party session. This will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. Failure to pay or communicate by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit. Full payment is welcome upfront if preferred. Your booking is only confirmed once both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a Craft Party. Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 1 week before the event. Rescheduling Requests to reschedule must be made at least 2 weeks before the event date and are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your new date. Cancellations & Refunds More than 2 weeks’ notice: 80% refund (deposit is non-refundable) Less than 2 weeks’ notice: No refunds available Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refunds or rescheduling options available Customisation & Craft Choice Craft activity options must be finalised at least 14 days prior to your event to allow time for material preparation. Outdoor Events & Weather Outdoor setups require a shaded or covered area to protect supplies and participants. Please have a backup indoor plan in case of poor weather. If weather conditions require rescheduling, we will work with you to find a new date at no extra cost (subject to availability). Supplies & Set-Up We provide: • All required craft supplies based on your selected activity • Aprons, table coverings, stencils (where applicable), and protective materials • Full setup and pack-down by our team Please note: • Tables must be provided by the event host • Picnic-style setup is available for casual events • We can supply glassware if needed • Plates and cutlery must be provided by the host Health & Safety We use non-toxic paints and craft materials. While aprons are provided, guests should wear clothing they don’t mind getting a little messy. Craft & Canvas is not liable for any damage to personal items, clothing, or venue property caused by paint or other materials during the event.
