The Custom Creations Event is designed to reflect your unique vision—where you choose the artwork, theme, and branded elements to match your business or event vibe perfectly. Whether you’re hosting 20 or 200 guests, this flexible, drop-in painting experience adds colour, connection, and creativity to your day. We’ll work with you to design a completely bespoke art session, from collaborative canvases to branded take-home pieces. It’s all about making your message unforgettable—one brushstroke at a time. What’s Included: All painting supplies: mini canvases, large collaborative boards, paints, brushes, easels, aprons A fully customised creative brief—choose the theme, colours, and designs Optional branded elements, stencils, or packaging to align with your business or message Set-up and pack-down by our friendly team Professional guidance or self-led instructions, depending on your format Good to Know: • Perfect for 20–200 guests • Great for corporate activations, fundraisers, launch parties, team building, markets & more • Flexible drop-in format or structured sessions available • Tables must be provided by the event host • BYO food and drinks welcome – celebrate your way! • Glassware available on request (plates/cutlery to be provided by the host) • We use non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table protection • Guests should wear clothes suitable for creative activities • For outdoor events, ensure a shaded/covered area or a weather backup plan Booking Info: Sessions start at $65 per person The more guests you have, the lower the price per person – discounted group pricing available! Cancellation Policy

Craft & Canvas Event Booking Policy Applicable to Business Activations, Markets, Fundraisers & Public Events Booking & Payment A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date and secure materials. This will be deducted from your final balance. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to pay or communicate by this date may result in cancellation without refund of the deposit. Full payment is accepted upfront if preferred. Your booking is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed agreement are received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations with more than 14 days’ notice are eligible for an 80% refund (excluding deposit). Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund or reschedule option. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days prior to the original date. Event Format & Guest Numbers Ideal for 10–30 participants in a relaxed, pop-up format. Guests may drop in and paint at their leisure. All art supplies, setup, signage, and cleaning materials are provided. You must confirm logistics and any event-specific requirements at least 7 days prior. Outdoor activations must provide shelter or shade for guests and materials. If the event cannot proceed due to unsafe weather and no covered area is available, we will offer to reschedule once at no extra charge, subject to availability. Liability & Damage Craft & Canvas provides aprons and table protection and uses non-toxic paints, but paint can stain. Guests should wear suitable clothing. Craft & Canvas is not liable for any damage to clothing, furniture, flooring, or venue property caused by paint or guest activity. The event organiser is financially responsible for any paint-related or other damage to the venue or its property during the event. Insurance & Risk Craft & Canvas holds public liability insurance; a certificate can be provided upon request. By booking, you agree that Craft & Canvas will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by participant behaviour, negligence, or failure to follow instructions. Catering & Facilities You may BYO food and drinks. We can provide glassware if requested. Plates, cutlery, and any food service must be arranged by the event host.
