Service Description

Tiny Treasures – Capture the Moments Before They Begin! Celebrate your little one’s upcoming arrival with a heartwarming and creative paint party designed to turn memories into keepsakes. Our Tiny Treasures Party is all about painting beautiful milestone boards and canvases to cherish throughout your baby’s first year and beyond. Whether it’s sweet name plaques, "Hello World" boards, or monthly milestone markers, each creation becomes a meaningful piece of your baby’s story. No artistic skills needed! Our friendly host will guide your guests step-by-step through the painting process. We provide all the supplies, including aprons, paints, materials, and table coverings—and we take care of the setup and clean-up, so you can focus on celebrating this special time. What You’ll Create: Milestone Boards: Custom-painted boards perfect for monthly baby photos, birth stats, or "firsts" you’ll never want to forget. Canvas Keepsakes: Guests can paint themed artwork for the nursery—soft florals, whimsical animals, or dreamy skies—the options are endless. Each guest leaves with a beautiful handmade piece, and you’ll have timeless treasures to mark your baby’s early journey. Good to Know: Tables must be provided by the event host. Picnic-style setup available—guests can paint comfortably on blankets and cushions. BYO food and drinks—feel free to bring whatever suits your celebration! We use non-toxic, baby-safe materials, but recommend wearing clothing suitable for painting. Outdoor event? Please ensure a backup plan or covered area is available in case of bad weather. Session Time: Approximately 2 to 3 hours of guided painting and memory-making. Pricing: Starting from $55 per person, depending on your chosen options and party style. Minimum of 6 guests per session. Booking Info: A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least one week before the event. Full payment is also welcome upfront. Dates are not confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received. Cancellation Policy

Baby Shower / Gender Reveal Party Booking Policy To secure your paint party booking, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your date and allows us to prepare materials for your celebration. It will be deducted from your final balance. Payment The remaining 80% must be paid no later than one week prior to your event. If payment is not received and we haven’t heard from you, your booking may be considered cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Rescheduling You may request to move your booking to another available date up to two weeks before your event. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, new dates are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than two weeks before the event (and paid in full) will receive an 80% refund. The 20% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. Cancellations made within two weeks of the event are non-refundable. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for refund or rescheduling. Minimum Guests A minimum of 6 guests is required to book a baby shower or gender reveal paint party. Final numbers must be confirmed at least two weeks before the event. Outdoor Events & Weather If you're planning an outdoor event, please ensure you have a backup plan or covered space. If bad weather requires you to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date at no extra charge, subject to availability. Tables, Food & Drinks Tables must be provided by the event host. You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks—we'll take care of the creativity, you handle the treats! We also offer a picnic-style setup with floor seating for a relaxed vibe, just let us know in advance. Paint & Clothing Disclaimer We use child-safe, non-toxic paints and provide aprons and table coverings to help keep things tidy. However, we cannot guarantee that clothing or personal items won’t come into contact with paint. Any damage to personal property is the responsibility of the person booking the event. We recommend guests wear clothes they don’t mind getting a little messy in—just in case! Communication Have questions or need to make changes?
